We are looking for a highly organised administrator who will be responsible for the timely and accurate administration and maintenance of the AP/AR credit notes, providing an efficient and quality service with regards to the administration and reconciliation of these credit notes with OEM’s. The ideal candidate will assist the finance and operations departments to ensure the effective control of claims received according to the company standards.

Key Responsibilities & CORE ACTIVITIES:​

  • AR Credit note processing.
  • AR credit recon on IMEI for duplicate credit notes.
  • AP Credit note processing.
  • AP and AR credit note recon with OEM and following up on discrepancies or credit notes not received.
  • Ensure credit note/claims processes and controls are being adhered to and applied consistently.
  • Stock transfers.
  • Allocating of reverse incoming payments.
  • AR invoice processing for incoming payments.
  • COD006 recon and allocation for repairs.
  • Assisting in creating store accounts and updating store details if changed.
  • Assist with sales order processing when and if required.

Qualifications and Education requirements:

  • Grade 12 / NQF Level 4
  • Minimum 2-years’ experience in an administrative position.
  • Working knowledge and experience with MS Excel at an intermediate level.
  • SAP Business One exposure advantageous.
  • Advanced numeracy skills.
  • Proficient in operational principles related to stock.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage debtor investigations effectively.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
