We are looking for a meticulous and driven individual with exceptional attention to detail who is looking to join a dynamic finance team to assist in managing the deals, incentives, and marketing claims of the company. This role will entail recording supplier/customer agreements, tracking purchases and sales against those agreements, and managing accrual and incentive claims in a collaborative and timely manner. The successful candidate will be required to perform analysis on the agreements and ensure that all price support and claims are reconciled and paid.

Key Responsibilities & CORE ACTIVITIES:​:

Maintenance of incentive/price support agreements with customers and suppliers

  • Scrutinise agreements with customers/suppliers on price support.
  • Create and maintain register.
  • Load new and update existing supplier agreements.


Management of incentive and price support

  • Calculate monthly price support for customers/suppliers and issue appropriate invoices.
  • Collect monies generated from incentive agreements from suppliers and pay to customer support. o Generate payment documentation for internal processing and customer and provider reconciliation.
  • Follow up on outstanding information daily.


Stakeholder Engagement / Relationship Management

  • Engage with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders in the business and cultivate, develop, and maintain productive and valuable working relationships with finance, operations, and sales departments in the execution of the contract strategy.
  • Act as bridge between customer and suppliers.



  • Analyse margins in the business and assess whether the support amounts in contracts/agreements are reasonable.
  • Analyse supplier rebate ageing, liaise with recon clerks and suppliers.
  • Perform trend analysis of units, sales, and price points.
  • Provide evidence of compliance for internal and external audits.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting to internal and external parties.
  • Ensure proper documentation is maintained on transactions & contracts.

Knowledge, skills, and experience:

  • Must have a qualification in finance such as a BCom Degree.
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in a finance team.
  • Experience in incentive agreement/contract management.
  • Experience in analysing data.
  • Excellent Microsoft Knowledge (Excel is a must and intermediate user).
  • Experience on SAP would be an advantage.
  • Valid driver’s license and own a reliable vehicle.
