We are currently looking for a confident, dynamic and vibrant New Business Development Manager to join our team to effectively market & sell our B2B offering to potential new businesses. The successful candidate will establish new business relationships & maintain these relationships once established. This team player should be an outspoken, highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop, maintain and grow relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development – Ensuring a new business pipeline is created and maintained in line with new customer acquisition targets.
  • Define and implement sales strategies/business plans aligned to meet sales targets.
  • Maintain excellence in customer relations with new client base.
  • Managing existing accounts and meeting all needs of the customer.
  • Reaching monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Provide information such as competitor activity, industry trends, market-related pricing, data etc.
  • Ensure adequate knowledge of our product base.
  • Stay abreast of all new related product offerings in the market.
  • Submission of planners and reports as requested by the CEO.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • At least 5 years experience in a New Business Development or Sales Representative role preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Qualification/Certification preferably in sales, business management, marketing or another relevant would be preferable.
  • Proven track record to meet or exceed defined sales targets.
  • Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Experience in SAP would be an advantage.
  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
