The Operations Assistant will manage, perform, and coordinate a variety of administrative duties within the Operations Department to assist Managers and other employees with the daily operation activities and POD Function of the business.

They will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and governance practices. The successful candidate will play a strategic role in strengthening the company’s financial position by providing timely insights, intelligence, and analysis to stakeholders, while fostering efficiency, innovation, and sustainable growth. The successful candidate will also be required to coach and mentor fellow team members and upskill from a technical, strategic and leadership perspective.

We are searching for an experienced and detail orientated Sales Order Supervisor who will be responsible for ensuring the timeous and accurate capture of sales orders across all channels, providing an efficient and quality with adherence to company policies and procedures. The candidate will work closely with the warehouse and sales teams, providing excellent customer service to ensure that all customer orders are processed correctly and within tight deadlines. This position requires excellent organisation and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, highly pressurised environment.
