30 April 2020 – DNI purchases BLM (Blue Label Mobile) and rebrands the group to DigiCo (Digital Ecosystems).
This marks the second group acquired from Blue Label Telecoms and includes the following companies:

- Simigenix
- ViaMedia
- AirVantage
- Hyve Mobile
